1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using RevNext's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

RevNext provides hotel revenue management services including but not limited to revenue optimization, OTA management, channel management, and digital marketing services.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed in the service contract. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and information. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

RevNext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.
