FAQ
Can guests order from their table or room?
Yes. Each table gets a QR code; guests scan it, browse the menu, and place an order that appears on the staff side.
How does bill-to-room work?
When a guest charges a bill to their room, the POS posts it to their folio in RevNext Cloud PMS, and it is settled at check-out.
Do you integrate with Swiggy and Zomato?
Delivery orders from Swiggy and Zomato can be recorded in the POS so they sit alongside your dine-in sales. There is no automatic order import from the aggregators today.
Is there a POS for a hotel shop?
Yes. RevNext Boutique is a retail POS for gift shops and boutiques, with SKUs, a stock ledger, register sessions, and invoices.
